Sales Coordinator - Revenue Cycle Coding Strategies Inc.
Job Location: Remote


As a member of the Revenue Cycle Coding Strategies (RCCS) team, the Sales Coordinator plays a key role in building and reinforcing relationships with RCCS’s existing client accounts. This person is required to manage their assigned accounts to ensure our clients have the RCCS tools and education needed to be successful.  This position requires internal research, telemarketing, data entry, data integrity and product/service knowledge.  This position should be well-versed in the company’s market share, sales, and Account/Contact interactions, as well as work very closely with all levels of company personnel.


  • Client focused; building and retaining strong client relationships and generate new business
  • Capable of engaging prospects in a dialog resulting in the sale of RCCS products and services
  • Develop client-specific solutions based on individual and organizational needs
  • Proactive, hands-on approach to achieve a high level of sales success
  • Collect appropriate client data for handoff to Sales Team
  • Work with others in the marketing department to track campaigns, promote new products, events and services
  • Develop and maintain account plans for each assigned client in Dynamics 365
  • Complete understanding of the business practices in their market area and internal decision-making process
  • Keep Dynamics updated for all account activities, opportunities, sales forecasts and general account information in a timely and professional manner
  • Stay abreast of competition and update sales team as appropriate
  • Run list segments as needed
  • Gather data from outside resources to append to existing database
  • Create custom reports and email templates as needed
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Customer relationship management (CRM) programs – Dynamics preferred
  • Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet research

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Aptitude to contribute individually and participate in cross-functional teams
  • Exceptional project management, writing and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills, and ability to communicate with a non-technical audience
  • Understanding of building reports and lists based on business needs and requirements (incl. sales & marketing processes)
