Project Manager - Revenue Cycle Coding Strategies Inc.
Job Location: Austin, TX Remote


Responsible for the review and management of internal and client business processes. This position will define project scope and objectives to improve business processes and strategies as well as overall organizational operations. This position will be responsible for workflow documentation and timeline management for internal and external projects. Responsible for Project Management related data analysis, dashboard development and visuals.


  • Facilitate meetings to define business strategies and requirements and translate into actionable tasks
  • Lead cross functional meetings to build results focused consensus
  • Produce high quality deliverables; ex. data charts, information summaries, flowcharts, organizational charts, recommendations, project updates and presentations
  • Proactively examine the impact of process changes on the organization
  • Understand internal and client needs to effectively manage projects
  • Assess and collaborate with key stakeholders to develop current and future process flowcharts.
  • Summarize data and assessments into key findings effectively in visual documents
  • Ability to collaborate with all position levels from front line staff to senior executives
  • Maintains an accurate record of time spend on all assignments (client and non-client work)
  • Conduct effective verbal and written communication
  • Quantify findings and appropriately document for clients and internal resources
  • Travel to client sites on an as needed basis
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 5+ years of experience
  • Project Management Certification (PMP) required
  • Healthcare experience preferred but not required


  • Experience managing multiple projects
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
  • Intermediate to advanced PowerPoint proficiency
  • Advanced Visio proficiency
  • Experience with SmartSheet is preferred but not required
  • Experience with project management software is required
  • Extensive knowledge of business process/lifecycle management principles, theories and concepts.
  • Strong data and process analytical skills
  • Maintain professional demeanor in business situations
  • The ability to use independent judgment to identify root cause of problems and develop solutions
  • Good verbal and written communication and presentation skills to accurately document and report findings to a variety of audiences
  • Good interpersonal skills to influence and guide employees, managers, and clients.
  • Self-starter and proactive with project assignments
  • Strong project management skills with flexibility to manage multiple projects from a variety of internal staff and external clients
  • Effective time management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Open to continuous development of Healthcare Revenue Cycle knowledge, project management skills and related system applications
  • Ability to incorporate constructive feedback into project management related initiatives
  • The ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information
