Job Location: Austin, TX Remote


Responsible for creating, developing, implementing and maintaining strategic marketing plans, budgets and metrics for one company. Must be extremely proficient at communication, managing the marketing process from research and planning to execution and analysis. Creating positive working relationships with key referral partners and influencers.


  • Develop and execute a marketing strategy to include key points to solidify the company message and reputation
  • Develop and implement marketing operations budget
  • Establish metrics to monitor/measure campaign success
  • Analyze and report campaign results to upper management
  • Maximize the value of the website by brand awareness, development of content, performing online search engine marketing and optimization, and reporting metrics
  • Select, schedule and manage external events
  • Oversee content development and design for marketing related materials
  • Responsible for the creation and development of promotional materials including marketing collateral and print
  • Identify and nurture ongoing opportunities for brand and market share enhancement, effectiveness, and efficiencies
  •  Travel and attend relevant meetings as needed
  • Direct public relations and social media initiatives
  • Receive and distribute, or respond when appropriate, to all incoming emails from company website in a timely manner
  • Coordinate and supervise joint marketing efforts between company and vendor
  • Lead outside agencies and internal team members to execute marketing directives
  • Supervise a marketing team which is competent, dedicated and efficient
  • Direct and contribute to the total effectiveness of the marketing team, communicating openly, solving problems proactively, offering creative ideas and working as a positive, engaged team member

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
  • Bachelors’ degree or equivalent experience required. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of Marketing Management experience
