Business Process Analyst - Revenue Cycle Coding Strategies Inc.
Job Location: Austin, TX Remote


Responsible for the review and analysis of internal and client business processes. This position will define project scope and objectives and analyze information to improve business processes and strategies as well as overall organizational operations.


  • Project Planning and Coordination: Develop and effectively operationalize project plans
  • Process Analysis and Improvement: Analyze current processes to determine inefficiencies, gaps, and ways to streamline
  • Process Mapping: Understand process steps and create flowcharts for current and improved processes
  • Proactively examine the impact of process changes on the organization
  • Facilitate Meetings: Effectively guide discussion, build consensus, and track next steps
  • Results focused: Move projects forward by following-up on action items
  • Issue Resolution: Identify and effectively resolve project issues
  • Data analysis: Ability to analyze process, volume and financial information as well as determine key findings and trends
  • High Quality Deliverables: Produce high quality deliverables that effectively and concisely communicates project information and key findings; data charts, information summaries, flowcharts, organizational charts, recommendations, project updates and presentations
  • Dashboard development: Determine key metrics and visually display information in dashboards to effectively communicate data trends
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Bachelor’s Degree (Industrial Engineer with focus on business processes), Business Analyst, or equivalent)
  • 2+ years of experience
  • Project Management Certification (PMP) preferred but not required
  • Healthcare experience preferred but not a requirement
  • Experience managing multiple projects


  • Intermediate to advanced Visio proficiency
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
  • Intermediate to advanced PPT proficiency
  • Intermediate to advanced Visio proficiency
  • Experience with project management software is preferred but not required
  • Good knowledge of business process/lifecycle management principles, theories and concepts.
  • Strong data analysis and process mapping skills
  • The ability to effectively listen to discussions and use independent judgment to identify root cause of problems and develop solutions
  • Good verbal and written communication and presentation skills to accurately document and report findings to a variety of audiences, internal and external
  • Good interpersonal skills to influence and guide employees, managers, and clients.
  • Self-starter and proactive with project assignments
  • Strong project management skills with flexibility to manage multiple projects from a variety of internal staff and external clients
  • The ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information
